GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

9 double graham crackers

1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened

2.5 Tbsps. sugar

 

FILLING

1 cup cream cheese

3/4 cup cottage cheese

1 egg

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/4 Tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

USE: 9 inch pan
